Tonight we had a very good way to enjoy ground lamb. And it goes really good with peas!  First I sauteed some onions in butter for about 7 min.  When that was done I added the red curry paste, ginger, and scallions.  I mixed that up very quickly and added the ground lamb and cooked the meat until it was done and got it mixed in with the curry.  Once that that was done, I added the last two ingredients, the Greek yogurt and frozen peas and mixed them up and put the heat on low.  Now all that it had to do was simmer while I put the naan bread in the oven at 250 degrees so that it could get warm.  Once the bread warmed up, everything was ready to eat so we did and it was great!!
