Tonight Paula made a good meal but it was just lacking a bit of flavor. We found it in the May Rachel Ray magazine. The recipe is called Flank Steak with Fennel and Scallion Pilaf. The ingredients are basic: flank steak, jasmine rice, scallions, fennel bulb, carrots, garlic and grape tomatoes. Paula forgot to add the tomatoes and the scallions. The good thing was that the meal was made quickly but the unfortunate thing was that it lacked a bit of flavor. I think that the scallions and the tomatoes would have helped. I might have also added some soy sauce or chili sauce to kick things up a bit. You can try the recipe by going to her website and searching for it.
