I stopped by the fish market tonight and bought some soft shell crabs for myself as well as one for TJ. These are one of my ultimate treats. When I got home, I soaked them in some milk for about 15-20 minutes while I prepped the rest of the meal. Then I dipped them in some flour and cooked them in the skillet with some melted butter. After about 2-3 minutes on each side, they were ready and so was I! We had the meal with a nice salad and some cheesy noodles on the side. All in all, this was a great meal to end a busy week! I could eat them every week if they were available!
