Theodore made us another great meal tonight. He chose a recipe from the latest Rachel Ray magazine. It was called Greek Salad with Beef Kebabs. I am not sure why it was called “greek” salad. Maybe it was because some kalamata olives were thrown into the salad. But that is a minor sticking point. The bottom line is that the meal was delicious. Theodore made the salad and made each of us our own individualized salad using ingredients that we had in the refrigerator. He used up some of the arugula and some of the broccoli that was there as well. The dressing was made with some red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. The sirloin was covered in salt and pepper and skewered and cooked on the grill. The whole meal just came together and actually looked quite good after he finished plating the entire dish. All in all, it was another success for Theodore!
