Paula cooked General Tso’s Chicken tonight. It was absolutely delicious. This was a recipe that I found earlier in the summer in one of the Rachel Ray magazines and we just never got around to cooking it. The dish was made with chicken and broccoli and served with rice. All of the flavors from the garlic to the rice vinegar to the sesame oil to the honey just came together beautifully. Every one of us felt like this needs to be a meal that we cook on a regular basis. We would strongly recommend this. Best of all, it did not take very long to make!!!
