Tonight we enjoyed some leftover gnocchi that we brought home from the Farmer’s Market Harvest Dinner this past Saturday. TJ worked with the chef, Austin, to make and plate the food that evening. It was a terrific opportunity for him and he enjoyed it a lot. When there was some leftover sweet potato gnocchi in a sage-butter sauce, we brought it home and enjoyed it a second time tonight along with some salad. It made a wonderful meal, even if it was heated in the microwave! Once again, leftovers came to the rescue!
