TJ made dinner for us tonight. He had the day off due to a teacher workday so we asked him to throw together a stir fry. He cut a couple of chicken breasts, took out some frozen stir-fry vegetables and mixed it all together in the wok. I made some rice in the rice cooker while he was doing that and we had an easy delicious meal. Anyone can have stir-fry. It is easy and almost like having chinese food whenever you want. Just chop up some meat, cook the meat, add some vegetables and finish with whatever sauce you wish – soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce or as TJ did tonight, Mr. Yoshida’s sauce that we bought at Costco. If you don’t have a wok, you can still stir-fry. Just get the biggest frying pan or saucepan that you have and use that instead.
