Tonight Paula threw together an easy meal – Sausage and Rice Stew. Paula found it in the most recent issue of Rachel Ray. It was really good and really easy to make. In a pot, cook 1 pound of pork sausage over medium heat for 05 minutes. Add 1 pound of sliced mushrooms and cook 8 minutes. Add 1  box of rice pilaf and 1 quart of chicken broth; bring to boil. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of cream. Top with parsley. Easy and very delicious!
