We made another simple meal for dinner tonight. There was leftover pulled pork from last week when I made the 5-Ingredient Slow-Cooker Pork for the noodle dish that we had last Monday. Paula made some coleslaw with the leftover shredded cabbage along with some macaroni and cheese and we had an easy meal.
Paula makes her coleslaw by combining some shredded cabbage, plain yogurt, celery seed and sugar. It is quite tasty. The pork tasted really good after we heated it up. TJ and I added some Cackalacky sauce to spice up our pork.
All in all, it was easy and very tasty!
