This was a simple meal, which was ideal for Friday. First, cook 12 or more ounces of whole wheat pasta. While the pasta is cooking, cook 8 ounces of shrimp along with some sliced red bell pepper and a package of sugar snap peas in a skillet or work for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove the skillet / wok from the heat. Mix the shrimp-snow pea mixture into the pasta and add 1/2 cup of toasted sesame salad dressing. Toss everything up and serve! It was simple AND delicious! TJ and I added a little spice to our dish with some Sriacha sauce!
