Paula picked out this recipe, Creamy Tomato Tortellini and Sausage from the Taste of Home magazine. It was a good recipe for the three of us since we liked all the ingredients and it was very easy to make.

Cook the 1 or 2 8-0unce packages of 4 cheese tortellini according to package directions. While the pasta water is coming to a boil, cook 4-ounces of mild Italian sausage in a skillet until browned. When the sausage is cooked, add 1 15-ounce can of diced tomatoes with garlic and onion along with 6-ounces of baby spinach. Mix everything until the spinach wilts. Add 4-ounces of cream cheese to the mixture and stir until cheese melts. When the tortellini is cooked, add this to the sauce and serve. We enjoyed our meal with a tasty salad!
