I made these meatballs on the weekend and we just had to heat them up so that we could enjoy them tonight. I found the recipe in the Food Network March 2015 issue.

Start by mixing 1 (or more) pounds of ground beef, 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs, 2 grated garlic cloves, 2 sliced scallions, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon each of sugar, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Form the mixture into balls and pan fry. After cooking the meatballs, simmer in 1/2 cup each of water and hoisin sauce whisked with 1 tablespoon each of Sriracha sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, and honey for 3 minutes.

You can enjoy these meatballs as a sandwich or as just a main dish with some noodles and a vegetable.
