When I made Swedish meatballs a few weeks ago, I made enough meatballs so that the three of us could enjoy them twice. Last night Paula made them again since we needed an easy meal. She made the cream sauce using 1 1/2 cups of beef broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream and 2-3 tablespoons of flour to thicken it all up. We cooked up some egg noodles and put the meatballs and sauce on top and enjoyed! It did not take long and all three of us enjoyed the meal. It was quite tasty and although the meatballs came out of the freezer, you would not have been able to tell since they were covered in a delicious gravy!
