Last night Paula and I had salmon for dinner. I rubbed the salmon fillet with some olive oil and then sprinkled it with some garam masala. I cooked the salmon in the oven at 450 degrees until the salmon was finished and flaked easily.

Paula and I enjoyed the salmon with some noodles in simple cream-cheese sauce (just mix some cream and parmesan cheese into the noodles after they are cooked…) as well as a salad on the side. We had some mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumbers. It was a simple meal but it was quite tasty.
